Hydraulic control valves are widely used on building pipelines, industrial water supply, fire protection facilities, HVAC and irrigation systems etc. Commonly used as pressure reducing, holding, relifing, flow adjusting, control water level and prevent water hammer etc. Hydraulic control valves are a type of control valve that rely on hydraulic force and diaphragm operation.
Floating control valves are mainly used on controlling the water level for pools and cisterns or tanks. When the amount of water in the container reaches full level, the floating ball guided valve will close automatically first, this increases the hydraulic pressure in upper cavity which causing the main valve to shut off. When the water level decreases in the container, the floating ball guided valve will open automatically, hence the decreasing of hydraulic pressure in the upper cavity to let the main valve open in order to refill the container.
